Terms & Conditions – Kevin Delaney Golf Coaching

1. General
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Kevin Delaney Golf Coaching services, including lessons, packages, vouchers, and online content. By booking a lesson or purchasing a voucher, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings & Payments

• All lessons and programs must be booked in advance.

• Payment is required at the time of booking, either online or in person.

• Lesson fees are non-refundable unless cancelled by Kevin Delaney.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson to avoid fees.

• Lessons cancelled within 24 hours may be charged in full.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability.

4. Vouchers & Gift Certificates

• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the purchase date unless stated otherwise.

• Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

5. Health & Safety

• Clients must inform Kevin Delaney of any medical conditions or injuries that may affect participation.

• Lessons may be adjusted to ensure safety.

6. Liability

• Kevin Delaney Golf Coaching is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during lessons or while on site.

• Participation is at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

• All coaching materials, videos, and content are the property of Kevin Delaney.

• You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce content without permission.

8. Data Protection

• Personal information provided during booking is stored securely and used solely for lesson management and communication.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
